Reserving

You can either book Online Instantly or via fax by downloading our Reservation Form page.

*For enquiries you can send us an email regarding availability to info@moanacostarica.com
*Alternatively call the hotel between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm: (US 011, Outside of the US +506) 506-2640-0230 We will then check availability and return you an email normally within 24 hours.

Confirmation

When booking through our online booking system you will be required to provide a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation. Once thats been verified you will be sent a confirmation email.

To confirm via fax we need you to fill out, sign and return our reservation form (US 011, Outside of the US +506) 506-2640-0623 or email: info@moanacostarica.com. We will confirm the reservation by email within 24 hours, if you don't receive a confirmation email please call or email the hotel in the case we didn't receive your fax.

*Unfortunately we need to ask you to send us your signature to confirm the reservation, this is at the request of the banks here in Costa Rica.

*In the case you should not succeed in sending the fax we suggest that you scan this form as a JPG, GIF or PDF file, and attach it to an email
